**Job Title: Auditor - Lending Business / Operations**

Location: Branches / Asset Centers across India

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct audits of the lending business at various branches and asset centers to assess compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of lending processes, including loan origination, underwriting, servicing, and collections.
- Identify and analyze risks associated with lending practices and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
- Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans.
- Stay updated on changes in lending regulations and best practices to ensure the bank's operations remain compliant.
- Assist in the development of auditing procedures and methodologies specific to the lending business.

Participate in training sessions for staff on compliance and risk management related to lending operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification (CA, CWA, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Auditing experience, specifically in the banking or NBFC, with a focus on lending business / operations.
- Strong understanding of lending regulations and risk management principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting findings clearly to various stakeholders.
- Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple audits simultaneously.
