We are looking for an organized and results-driven **Anchor cum Producer** to join our production (editorial) team and enrich our channel with creative content. If you are an enthusiast with experience in end-to-end content creation and production with researching capabilities, you are welcome on board to join our content & production team and participate in creative content production for our YouTube & TV Channel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identifying new opportunities for business and creating proposals that promote new services or products to existing clients
- Developing concepts for new programs based on audience interests and preferences
- Should be able to research the specific topic for which the content is being created.
- Should be able to design frameworks (questions flow) for the courses & content we build on our channel.
- High level of creativity & Strong team player
- Managing pre and post-production tasks.
- Should be able to read and write fluently in both the languages i.e. English/Hindi.
- Should be able to take full responsibility for the channel’s quality control in their respective language.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in media or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven work experience, preferably from Media or or in the production industry.
- Excellent planning skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexible work hours.
- Good command over the languages (English/Hindi).
- Exceptional Writing & Research skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
