We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Social Media Anchor to join our team. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our brand across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating and presenting engaging content, hosting live broadcasts, and interacting with our audience to drive brand awareness and audience engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Present engaging, informative, and entertaining content across various social media channels (such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok) to promote our brand and connect with our audience.
- Host live broadcasts, interviews, Q&A sessions, and other interactive content to foster a strong relationship with our followers.
- Create video content that aligns with the brand's goals and audience interests, ensuring the production quality is professional and on-brand.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop content strategies that support our marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Engage with followers through comments, messages, and other forms of interaction to foster a positive and active community.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to understand performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a professional and positive online presence, representing the brand in a way that aligns with its values and mission.
- Work with the team to plan and execute social media campaigns and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, guests, and other potential collaborators to expand the brand's reach.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience as a host, presenter, or similar role in the media industry.
- Strong on-camera presence with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and their best practices.
- Experience creating video content for social media, including live broadcasts.
- Ability to think creatively and adapt content to suit different audiences and platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with audiences from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency with video editing software and tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptable and able to handle unexpected situations during live broadcasts.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Understanding of content marketing and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with content creation tools such as graphic design software or online platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO and social media analytics.
