**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and other relevant sites to search for and bid on suitable projects.
- Write compelling proposals and bid documents that effectively showcase our company's services and expertise.
- Communicate with clients to understand their project requirements, answer queries, and build strong relationships.
- Collaborate with the internal team to determine project feasibility, pricing, and timeline.
- Negotiate project terms, pricing, and contracts with clients.
- Track and manage multiple bids simultaneously, ensuring timely submissions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Provide regular reports on bidding activities, project status, and progress to the management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Online Bidder in an IT company or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and other similar sites.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and services offered by our company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write compelling and persuasive proposals.
- Strong client handling and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
