Associate - Visual Merchandising **About Team** This role rests in the Storefront Management Charter within the Revenue and Growth Management team of Myntra. This team is responsible for the entire visual merchandising and customer experience on all the digital platforms of IOS/Android App, Mweb, Desktop, and for various categories and brands. **Role**:Associate -Visual Merchandising (Storefront, Fashion Experience) This role will be a part of the planning and operations team within the broader storefront org. Areas will include: 1.) Owning all performance & funnel metrics wrt merchandising. Ensuring that such metrics are institutionalized across teams and running performance cadences with respective stakeholder 2.) Planning of category level visibility and Store optimization through data rigor - special focus on Brand stores and Category pages 3.) Liaison with Brand, Marketing, and Design teams to plan monthly & yearly campaigns and co-owning metrics like CTR, session to list view, etc. 4.) Executing campaigns with high precision with mínimal customer experience breakages 5.) Drive key initiatives of process optimization, adoption of new features across stakeholders 6.) Will play a key role in terms of operations for big sale events like ‘End of reason sale’, ‘Big fashion days’ for the platform 7.) Coordinate and execute campaigns with the store operations team and ensure customer experience is top-notch 8.) Working with product counterparts in experimentation on the storefront 9.) Act as the conduit between Category Demand Management, Monetization & Creative/Design teams **Qualifications & Experience** 1) Preferably e-commerce experience with total work ex of 1-3 years 2) This will involve overseeing the merch ops team so team management experience will be preferred 3) Sharp analytical abilities 4) Ability to work well under deadlines, pressure and to successfully meet these deadlines 5) Bias for action - Has sound judgment, thoroughly thinks through the problems to come up with solutions 6) Strong stakeholder management skills 7) Sharp Business and creative Acumen 8) Ability to work with a lot of ambiguity 9) Extremely strong in execution as this role will involve overseeing significant execution 10) Strong sense of customer centricity
