Business Loan Processor

The Business Loan Processor is responsible for the preparation, documentation, and processing of commercial and small business loans. This role ensures all loan documentation is completed accurately, follows regulatory guidelines, and meets the company’s lending standards. The Business Loan Processor works closely with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to guarantee timely and efficient loan approvals and funding.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Loan Application Review**:

- Work with clients to obtain necessary financial documentation, including tax returns, financial statements, and business plans.
- **Documentation Preparation**:

- Prepare loan closing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with underwriters and legal teams to finalize loan agreements and terms.
- **Loan Processing**:

- Input and manage loan data in the loan origination system.
- Order and review credit reports, appraisals, title reports, and other relevant documents to ensure proper risk assessment.
- Follow up with clients and third parties on outstanding documentation.
- **Compliance & Risk Management**:

- Ensure loans adhere to all local, state, and federal lending regulations.
- Maintain accurate and organized loan files, both digital and physical, for audit purposes.
- Identify and report any potential risks or issues that may affect the loan process or the company.
- **Client Communication**:

- Provide excellent customer service by keeping clients informed throughout the loan processing cycle.
- Address client inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and manage expectations regarding timelines.
- **Coordination**:

- Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and other departments to ensure loans are processed and funded promptly.
- Coordinate loan closings with all involved parties, including legal, clients, and external vendors.
- **Reporting & Tracking**:

- Prepare weekly or monthly reports on loan processing volume, timelines, and outstanding items.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in commercial/business loan processing or a similar role.
- Familiarity with loan origination software and document management systems.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of financial statements, loan documentation, and business credit analysis.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- **Certifications**:

- Relevant certifications in loan processing or financial services (optional but advantageous).

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
