**Job Title**: Project Coordinator

**Reports To**: Project Manager

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Documentation Support**:
Assist the Project Manager in the preparation and development of key project management documents, including project budgets, schedules, & other reports
- **Project Execution & Supervision**:
Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring all milestones are met on time. Supervise the project procurement process to ensure the correct acquisition of materials and resources.
- **Resource Allocation**:
Coordinate and manage the allocation of project resources, ensuring that the project team has everything required at the right time to maintain productivity.
- **Communication & Coordination**:
Serve as the point of contact between various client, ensuring seamless communication between the project team, vendors, clients, and other departments.
- **Risk Management**:
Monitor and identify potential issues or risks during the project lifecycle, working with the Project Manager to implement corrective actions.
- **Progress Monitoring & Reporting**:
Track the progress of ongoing projects, prepare status reports, and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:
Any graduate or diploma holder with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a project coordination or management role.
- **Additional Knowledge**:
Knowledge of CCTV, FAS, Access Control & ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems is a plus.
