**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**: Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos that meet project requirements and deadlines.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with creative teams, including producers, directors, and graphic designers, to develop engaging video content for various platforms.
- **Storytelling**: Use editing techniques, music, sound, and graphics to create compelling narratives that capture the intended message and audience's attention.
- **Post-Production**: Manage color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics as needed to enhance the final product.
- **Project Management**: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
- **File Management**: Organize and manage video files and project libraries, maintaining an efficient workflow and archiving system.
- **Feedback Incorporation**: Make revisions based on feedback from clients, creative directors, or other stakeholders.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated on the latest editing software, video trends, and techniques to keep work fresh and innovative.
- **Quality Control**: Review and ensure final video output meets technical specifications and project goals.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 3-8 years of experience in video editing, preferably within a creative agency, production company, or media organization.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and basic knowledge of color grading and sound design.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video projects and editing styles.
- **Creativity**: A keen eye for storytelling, composition, and design, with an ability to adapt to various video styles and client needs.
- **Time Management**: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects effectively.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and present ideas.
- **Attention to Detail**: High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
