**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, program, and test PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for automated machinery and production lines.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair faults in PLC-controlled systems and automation equipment.
- Develop control logic, ladder diagrams, and structured text for PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.).
- Integrate automation systems with sensors, drives, robotics, and instrumentation.
- Perform FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) for automation projects.
- Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance of automated equipment at client sites.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and process engineering teams for system integration.
- Maintain documentation of programs, wiring diagrams, and system configurations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
- Provide training and technical support to operators and maintenance teams.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, Schneider, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with HMI/SCADA development (WinCC, Wonderware, Ignition, etc.).
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, Profinet).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with VFDs, servo drives, and motion control systems.
- Understanding of electrical circuits, control panels, and instrumentation.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good communication and project documentation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,807.76 - ₹70,051.58 per month
