Job Description: Yoga Therapist (Freelance )

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Overview:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Yoga Therapy Sessions**:Conduct individual and group yoga therapy sessions tailored to the needs of clients, focusing on enhancing their physical, mental, and emotional health.
**- Shat Karma Training**:Provide comprehensive training in Shat Karma (Shuddhi Kriya) techniques, including Jal Neti, Sutra Neti, Vamana Dhouti, Vastra Dhouti, Nauli, and Basti.
- **Mud Therapy and Basti**:Should know how to do mud therapy and different types of basti
**- Morning Sessions**:Lead weekday morning yoga sessions from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, ensuring a calming and rejuvenating start to the day for participants.
**- Evening Availability**: Be available for additional evening sessions as needed to accommodate clients' schedules.
**- Personalized Guidance**:Offer personalized guidance and modifications based on individual client needs and limitations, ensuring a safe and effective practice for all.
**- Holistic Wellness**:Integrate principles of holistic wellness and naturopathy into yoga therapy sessions, promoting overall health and well-being.
**- Client Relationship**: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing continuous support and encouragement.
**- Progress Tracking**: Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting sessions and techniques as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Experience**:Proven experience as a Yoga Therapist with a strong understanding of therapeutic yoga practices.
**- Expertise**:In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Shat Karma (Shuddhi Kriya) techniques.
**- Certification**:Relevant yoga therapy certification from a recognized institution.
**- Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
**- Reliability**: Punctuality and reliability in maintaining session schedules and commitments.
**- Passion**:A genuine passion for yoga, holistic wellness, and helping others achieve their health goals.

**Availability**:
Urgent requirement for immediate start.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 42 per week
