**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Cutting and stitching garments as per design, size, and pattern requirements.
- Working on different types of fabrics including cotton, denim, linen, silk, and blends.
- Ability to make all kinds of clothing (shirts, trousers, t-shirts, kurtas, ethnic wear, etc.).
- Conducting alterations, fitting sessions, and ensuring proper garment finishing.
- Supervising helpers or junior tailors (if required).
- Maintaining cleanliness and care of tailoring tools and machines.
- Collaborating with the design team to bring concepts into reality.
- Meeting production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Master Ji / Tailor in the garment industry.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, measurement, and patterns.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Skilled in using sewing machines, overlock, interlock, and other tailoring equipment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Flexibility to work on both modern and traditional clothing styles.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Minimum 2+ years of tailoring experience.
- Experience in both men’s and women’s wear.
- Knowledge of latest fashion trends and tailoring techniques.
