Are you an experienced professional in the clinical research domain with a passion for education and training? We are looking for a Clinical Research Trainer to join our growing EdTech team in Bangalore. If you have 2-4 years of experience and strong knowledge across core life sciences domains, this could be your next career move

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver structured training sessions on both technical and non-technical modules, including:

- Clinical Research
- Pharmacovigilance
- Clinical Data Management
- Regulatory Affairs
- Medical Writing
- Medical Coding (Minor Modules)
- Create and maintain high-quality training materials, presentations, and assessments Evaluate and mentor trainees on their academic and skill-based progress
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure training materials stay current and industryrelevant
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, mock interviews, and soft skills sessions when needed
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in clinical research or life sciences training (EdTech experience is a strong plus)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable delivering sessions in both in-person and online formats
- Working knowledge of industry standards such as GCP, ICH, and drug safety guidelines
