As a Career Counsellor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students and their parents through the process of choosing the right international education and career opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Engagement & Counselling**:

- Understand the needs and goals of the students and parents and provide personalized guidance on the study and career opportunities abroad.
- Explain the various programs and services offered by Spaark Overseas, including study abroad, career counseling, and related services.
- Highlight the importance of pursuing education and career opportunities abroad to the students and their parents.
- **Parent Engagement**:

- Counsel and educate the parents of prospective students on the benefits and long-term advantages of studying abroad and advancing careers internationally.
- Address any concerns and provide reassurance to parents, ensuring they are confident in their child's decision to study abroad.
- **Program Explanation & Awareness Building**:

- Continuously communicate and explain the various programs, services, and pathways to clients on a daily basis to create hot cases.
- Build awareness around the value and opportunities offered by studying and working abroad.
- **Sales Conversion & Lead Nurturing**:

- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads by consistently following up and building strong relationships.
- Ensure that the hot leads (prospective clients) are nurtured effectively and converted into customers.
- Track and monitor client progress and ensure that the sales conversion process is happening consistently.
- **After-Sales Support & Documentation**:

- Provide continuous after-sales support, addressing any client queries and ensuring a smooth process from program enrollment to arrival abroad.
- **Fast-Paced & Dynamic Environment**:

- Thrive in a spontaneous and fast-paced environment where priorities and tasks evolve quickly.
- Maintain flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of clients and the company.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- High level of patience and empathy, with the ability to understand the needs of both students and their parents.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, especially when it comes to paperwork and documentation.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
