**Position 1: Visa Counselor**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide professional counseling to clients regarding study, work, PR, and visitor visa options.
- Assess client profiles and suggest suitable countries, courses, or visa categories.
- Keep updated with the latest immigration and visa policies.
- Achieve monthly targets and maintain excellent conversion rates.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of immigration or overseas education processes preferred.
- Ability to handle clients confidently and professionally.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).

**Position 2: Telecaller (Immigration Process)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote immigration and visa services.
- Explain the company’s services, eligibility requirements, and process flow.
- Maintain call records and follow up with interested leads.
- Schedule appointments for Visa Counselors.
- Work closely with the counseling team to ensure smooth conversion of leads.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling preferred).
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or immigration consultancy is an added advantage.
