**Job Title**: Medical Doctor (MBBS) with Dialysis Assistance Experience
**Reports To**: Senior Consultant (Nephrologist)

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care and Assistance**:

- Assist in preparing and monitoring patients during dialysis sessions, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the procedure.
- Administer medications, injections, or IV fluids as prescribed by the nephrologist.
- Conduct routine patient assessments, including monitoring vital signs and symptoms before, during, and after dialysis treatments.
- Educate patients and their families about dialysis, lifestyle adjustments, and post-treatment care.
- **Collaboration with Senior Consultant (Nephrologist)**:

- Support the Senior Consultant (Nephrologist) in the daily management of dialysis patients and other nephrology-related cases.
- Participate in patient consultations, documentation, and report updates as requested by the consultant.
- Assist in interpreting lab results, diagnosing kidney-related issues, and planning follow-up care for patients.
- **Clinical Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate patient records, including patient progress, response to treatment, and changes in condition.
- Document dialysis procedures, medication administration, and other clinical information in compliance with medical standards.
- Participate in case presentations and discussions to improve care quality and align with the consultant's recommendations.
- **Patient Support and Counseling**:

- Provide compassionate support and emotional care to dialysis patients, addressing concerns and educating them about their health.
- Act as a liaison between patients and the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and a positive patient experience.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution. Additional training or certification in nephrology or dialysis care is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a clinical setting with direct exposure to dialysis patient care.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in managing dialysis equipment and assisting in dialysis procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of nephrology, dialysis treatment protocols, and patient safety standards.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Empathy and a patient-centered approach to healthcare.
- Proactive in maintaining up-to-date knowledge of dialysis procedures and nephrology advancements.
- Familiarity with medical documentation software and record-keeping protocols.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹75,702.69 - ₹112,171.92 per month
