As an **Intern** for ship repairing, your job is to provide assistance and support to the mechanical fitter and other team members working on ship repair projects.

Your job duties will include:

- Assisting in inspecting mechanical systems on ships to detect problems
- Assisting the mechanical fitter in diagnosing malfunctions in mechanical equipment such as valves and pumps using various tools and testing equipment.
- Providing assistance in removing and replacing faulty valves and pumps and repairing or replacing defective parts.
- Assisting in assembling and disassembling mechanical equipment for maintenance or repairs.
