- Manage, organize, and update company data and records accurately.
- Handle data entry tasks efficiently using **Microsoft Excel** and **Word**.
- Maintain and manage product details, customer lists, and order records.
- Communicate with team members, suppliers, and customers for data-related queries.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation as required.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all data handling tasks.

**Requirements**:

- **Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word** (formulas, formatting, basic analysis).
- Good communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently with a **smart and proactive mindset**.
- Prior experience in data handling, office work, or administration will be preferred.
