**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales agents.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
- Oversee property listings, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in real estate sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Real estate sales: 2 years (required)
- SALES: 2 years (required)
