**About the client**: A leading organisation and a well known Brand in the Consumer space
**Reporting structure**:This position reports to the Managing Director and will involve working closely with senior stakeholders in the organisation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- The individual will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities for the organisation - Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, C&B, Plant HR & IR, L&D, OD, Admin.
- To be responsible for ensuring that people strategies are aligned and drive the ongoing growth plans of the organisation across geographies.
- To be a strategic advisor and to ensure that all HR functions are integrated to achieve efficient outcomes for the organisation.
- To design and deliver HR Strategy, Drive Employee Engagement & Communication
- Implement key business initiatives while ensuring communication and change management principles are taken into consideration.
- Improve industrial relations policy for the company.
- Talent Acquisition - Develop the Brand as the Organisation of Choice.
- To advise the business leadership and ensure that all HR functions are integrated and aligned to the vision of the business.
**Educational Qualifications And Experience**:
- MBA in HR from a reputed institute
- Extensive (Around 15-20 years) experience in HR roles, including significant HR leadership experience.
