**Position Overview**:
As an SEM/ Ads manager intern, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads and sales. You will work closely with the relevant departments to ensure that all advertising initiatives are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the management and optimization of paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
- Help with keyword research, analysis, and performance tracking to support SEM campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend optimizations.
- Create and update campaign reports to evaluate effectiveness and provide insights.
- Support the creation of ad copy and landing page recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to help drive traffic, improve conversions, and enhance ROI.
- Stay current with trends in SEM, paid search, and digital marketing best practices.
- Assist in A/B testing and experiment with different ad formats and strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of SEM platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with keyword research tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs) is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen interest in digital marketing and online advertising.

**Preferred Skills (Optional)**:

- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and tools.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or other analytics platforms.
- Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
