**Key Responsibilities**:

- Setup and operate thermoforming machines according to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Perform machine adjustments, tool changes, and material loading as needed.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to minimize downtime.
- Keep accurate production records and reports.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of the machines.

**Requirements**:

- ITI Fitter, PPO, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the industry.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
- Good communication skills and a strong team player.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Thermoforming Operator: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- ITI (preferred)
