Field Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Marketing and Sales Executive to join our growing team in the bullion industry. The role involves extensive travel to meet clients directly, build relationships, and drive sales conversions. **Responsibilities**:
1. *Client Acquisition:*
- Conduct field visits to identify and acquire new clients in the bullion industry.
- Build a pipeline of potential clients through proactive networking and relationship-building.

2. *Direct Marketing:*
- Implement direct marketing strategies to promote bullion products and services.
- Deliver values and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

3. *Sales Conversions:*
- Execute sales strategies to convert leads into satisfied clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and relationship management.

4. *Client Relationship Management:*
- Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.

5. *Market Research:*
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide feedback on market conditions and customer preferences to enhance sales strategies.

6. *Travel:*
- Undertake frequent travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and participate in marketing initiatives.
- Manage travel logistics efficiently to maximize client engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field marketing and sales, preferably in the bullion or other precious metals industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-driven with a focus on client satisfaction.

**Salary**: 18k to 25k/month Based on Experience
