CA Internship
Total requirements - 70 positions
Qualification - Either one or both groups of CA Inter(IPCC) cleared / Direct Entry after Graduation / ACCA students

The articles will be seconded to InCorp Advisory

**Job Description**:
Audit and Assurance
- Statutory and Internal Audit
GST (Compliances and Audit)
VAT Audits & Returns
Plan and document audit process and procedures
Performing the audit & assistance assignment as per standards/ checklists.
Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
Preparation of draft audit report including annexure.
Other related departmental work
Taxation - (Direct & Indirect)
Prepare tax returns, payments, necessary paperwork, and other compliance under Direct & indirect tax laws.
Determine tax savings, exemption, claim benefits possible and recommend strategies to improve tax on profits.
Manage and maintain the company’s tax database and file rectification with the concerned department.
Tax audits under direct & indirect tax laws.
Other related departmental work.
Debt Advisory - (Mandatory to clear both CA inter groups)
Advising companies in assessing the quantum and type of debt to be sought for their company.
Review of business plans and historical financial statements of the company.
Exploring new opportunities for the company and building relations with several banks and NBFCs for potential business partnerships.
Preparation of monthly MIS Reports covering areas of revenue leakage audit, costing, accounting, balance sheet planning and overall financial position of the client.
Other research related work.
Investment Banking - (Mandatory to clear both CA inter groups)
Due Diligence - Restructuring/ Takeover Assignments
Operational activities and other related departmental work.
FEMA & International Taxation (Nariman Point)
FEMA / RBI Compliances.
Preparing and filing Tax returns for our clients like Individuals, HUFs, Partnership firms including LLPs, Private Limited Companies and Trusts.
Preparing and filing Periodic TDS/TCS returns.
Key Skills
Good knowledge of MS office.
Presentation & report writing Skills.
