Production Chemist

LOCATION -DABASPETE- CANDIDATES STAYING NEAR DABASPETE OR TUMKUR SHOULD ONLY APPLY

**Primary Responsibilities**:
1) Testing of raw material and finished goods as per protocol

2) Ensuring on time dispatch of finished goods along with Manufacturer’s Test Certificate

3) Troubleshooting in case of manufacturing/ processing issues

4) Attending & resolving issues of - Customer/ site complaint

5) Evaluating performance of additives & develop innovative products based on Silicone/Silane or hybrid materials with differentiated value proposition for paint and coating customers.

6) Effectively manage multiple projects ensuring clear alignment of goals, objectives and deliverables with the needs of the business and the marketplace.

7) Develop promotional documents and literature for new product introductions.

8) Work effectively with a cross-functional team including technology, marketing, sales, manufacturing, etc.

**Competencies**:

- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with CAS formulations, additives.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and to function effectively as a member of a cross-functional team.
- Excellent English written and oral presentation skills.
- Minimum Qualifications - Degree in chemistry, chemical engineer or equivalent discipline

Prior experience with formulating silane/silicones in coating systems will be an added advantage

QUALIFICATION - B.Sc IN CHEMISTRY or higher
