JOB SUMMARY

- Quality Control & Testing: Oversee the testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished

products to ensure they meet quality standards. This includes conducting stability studies and preparing sample test panels. Address any quality issues or defects and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Ensure all documents and records are maintained in accordance with SOPs.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor the QC team, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Indeed
- Customer Complaint Analysis: Investigate customer complaints related to product quality,analyze theissues, and suggest corrective and preventive actions.

Experience: Min. 2 years of experience in quality control within the construction chemicals industry, particularly
