Solar racking is a component that secures solar panels to a roof or other structure. Solar racking roles and responsibilities include:

- **Mounting brackets**Secure solar panels to the mounting structure. They need to be able to withstand environmental conditions and ensure the stability of the solar array.
- **Mounting rails**The framework onto which the solar panels are mounted. They are typically made of durable materials like aluminum or steel and are designed to withstand environmental stresses.
- **Ballasted racking systems**Prevent uplift caused by the solar modules during high winds. Some manufacturers provide online design tools that factor in historical wind speed, snow load data, and parapet height.
- **Solar panel installer**Install solar panels on roofs and structures on land. They are also responsible for maintaining solar panels and ensuring the wiring systems are safe and efficient.
- **Solar energy technician**Install solar panels or work on their maintenance. They need to have good attention to detail, be able to follow blueprints, and connect the right wires.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
