Title Audit Associate

Experience

: Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in the field of Risk Management & Internal Audits.

Qualification

Industry experience

: Multi Industry Experience Preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:
Respo nsible for execution of internal audit assignments, IFC review, process review etc. (individually and as a

team lead, based on experience)Leading team of audit assistants to complete the assignments within time and budgets.Report to assignment manage r regularlyUnderstanding clients’ requirements, responding promptly to client requests and enquiries and consistently

meeting client needsInvolved in the process of preparing audit plans, audit program and internal audit reports.

Essential Skills:
Ability to understand complex business situations, risk and controls in ERP environment, identify gaps and

suggest leading practices.Should be process oriented and have strong analytical skills.-
techniques (e.g. sampling)Possess excellent communication and report writing skills (power point, word)Experience in Internal Aud it Practice from any of leading firms is preferred Capability of leading teams and

dealing with medium to large sized clients.Ability to handle pressure and manage complex situations.

Working Time:
10.00 am to 6.00 pm (May vary depending on client)

Working Days:
5 Days (6 days if we have client deadline)
