**Job Title: Marketing Executive (Male)**

**Location: Kerala (with travel across South India)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Dealer Relationship Management**:

- Develop and manage relationships with local dealers across Kerala.
- Identify and establish new dealers, particularly in other Southern states of India.
- **Market Expansion & Lead Generation**:

- Generate and follow up on potential orders from existing customers.
- Conduct surveys to identify new projects and opportunities for the company’s products.
- Work closely with dealers, architects, and interior designers to promote products.
- **Sales & Marketing Strategy**:

- Conduct market surveys to understand product requirements, sales trends, and competitor activities.
- Assist in price comparisons and strategize to position the company’s products effectively in the market.
- **Direct Sales & Projects**:

- Handle sales for specific projects and direct dealer networks.
- Work towards expanding the company’s presence in South India by identifying key opportunities and locations.
- **Travel Requirements**:

- Frequent travel across Kerala and other parts of South India is essential.

**Job Profile**:

- **Dealer and Project Handling**:

- Develop a strong network of dealers, both local and across South India.
- Manage sales channels, including direct sales and project-based dealings.
- **Market Research**:

- Perform surveys to gauge product demand, competitor prices, and activity in the market.
- Use insights to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Regularly report on sales progress, potential leads, and new opportunities.
- **Experience**:

- Preferably 2+ years in marketing, sales, or business development in the interior products sector.
- Familiarity with products related to interior design or furniture is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Should be comfortable with extensive travel.
- **Preferred Background**:

- Connections with architects, interior designers, or project consultants will be a strong plus.

**Compensation**:

- **Salary**: ₹25,000 per month
- **Incentives**: Based on performance and targets achieved.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
