**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver dance lessons to students of various age groups and skill levels.
- Teach different dance styles (e.g., contemporary, ballet, hip-hop, jazz, etc.) based on the curriculum or the students' needs and interests.
- Create and implement lesson plans that focus on improving students' technique, coordination, flexibility, and performance.
- Provide individual attention to students to help them improve their technique and achieve personal growth.
- Organize and participate in dance recitals, performances, and competitions as required.
- Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages students to express themselves through dance.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students during classes and events.
- Assess students' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest dance trends and techniques.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching dance.
- Strong knowledge of different dance styles and techniques.
- Ability to engage and motivate students in a classroom setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills to manage classes, performances, and events.
- Strong passion for dance and teaching.
- Ability to work with diverse groups of students, including beginners and advanced learners.

**Preferred**:

- A formal certification or degree in dance or related field (e.g., Dance Education, Performing Arts).
- Experience in organizing dance performances or events.
