Cet Pdm Administrator

**Responsibilities**:

- Administer, configure, and support Creo and Windchill environments.
- Perform regular system maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings in both Creo and Windchill.
- Collaborate with engineers and product development teams to ensure proper data management and integration of CAD models.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Creo and Windchill best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the CAD and PLM systems.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or enhancements.
- Assist in software upgrades, patches, and configuration changes in both Creo and Windchill.
- Work with IT teams to ensure system backup and recovery procedures are in place.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Creo and Windchill administration.
- Strong experience with Creo CAD software.
- Expertise in Windchill PLM administration and configuration.
- Proficient in database management, system security, and backup procedures.
- Familiarity with system integrations, data migration, and software updates.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of other related tools (e.g., PDM, ERP systems) is a plus.
- Prior experience in system administration or IT support is preferred.
- Certification in Creo or Windchill.
- Experience with Windchill PDMLink, Creo Parametric, or related software.
- Familiarity with Java, XML, or other scripting languages for automation.
- Experience in project management or system deployment.
