**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide wound care and assist in various diagnostic and treatment procedures.
- Catheter care,catheter change.
- Collaborate with doctors, medical staff, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medication, and self-care practices.
- Document and maintain accurate patient records, including medical history, symptoms, treatment, and progress.
- Assist in coordinating patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid or life-saving interventions when needed.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
- Support patients with mental, emotional, and physical needs to promote overall health and recovery.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
