Role Overview

As a Junior Advocate, you will support senior counsels and independently manage casework across multiple legal domains. This is a hands-on role suited for self-driven professionals who are confident in litigation, research, and client handling. You will be expected to travel across India for court appearances, discovery meetings, client briefings, and registry work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Court & Litigation Work:

- Appear for civil, criminal, family, and corporate matters in District & High Courts.
- Draft petitions, plaints, written statements, replies, notices, contracts, and affidavits.
- Handle court filings, registry work, and follow-ups independently.
- Assist in discovery meetings and manage all pre-trial formalities.

- Field & Client Handling:

- Act as a legal all-rounder for court errands, documentation, and registrar work.
- Meet clients, take briefs, and coordinate between departments and external counsel.
- Travel across India for on-site case hearings, document collection, property visits, and due diligence.

Who We're Looking For:
✔ Minimum 3 years of post-enrollment litigation experience

✔ Strong legal drafting, research, and verbal communication skills

✔ Experience in property & family law preferred

✔ Hands-on knowledge of legal portals (Manupatra, SCC Online, etc.)

✔ Self-motivated and open to frequent travel

✔ Court-smart, disciplined, and well-groomed professional

✔ Must be enrolled with a Bar Council

✔ Should own a laptop and be willing to work extended hours as required

How to Apply:

CTC Range: ₹2.5 LPA to ₹3.5 LPA
