We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, financial reporting, and other financial activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial statements.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage Expenses, billing using the accounting software's.
- TDS Filling
- GST Fillings
- Assist with internal and external audits as needed.
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience of minimum 1.5yr to 3yrs working in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
**Working Conditions**:
- This position typically operates in an office environment.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
