**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate all floor activities and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Allocate tasks and manage manpower based on daily production or operational requirements.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of floor staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping (5S) standards.
- Check and maintain production or service records and daily reports.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure that materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly maintained.
- Train and guide floor staff on processes, safety measures, and productivity improvement.
- Identify and report operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements (Kaizen initiatives).
- Ensure timely completion of production or operational targets.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Graduate / Diploma in [relevant field — e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, or Operations Management].
- 2-3 years of experience in floor supervision or team leadership (industry-specific).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Lean, 5S, and Kaizen principles preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
