**Job Title: Accounts Executive / Senior Accountant**

**Location: Chembur, Mumbai**

Job Overview:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Accounting & Financial Transactions

Manage RM Purchase entries, supplier/vendor payments, GRN booking, invoice booking, and bank reconciliations in Tally.

Issue invoices, delivery challans, bill bookings, and maintain ledger statements.

**Statutory Compliance & Scrutiny**

Ensure timely statutory filings (TDS, TCS, returns, and payments).

Conduct ledger scrutiny, correct discrepancies, verify GRN with PO forms, and clear missing entries.

**MIS, Reporting & Expense Accounting**

Prepare TDS summary, quantity-wise reports, sundry creditors list, and management reports.

Handle expense data entry, verification, and reconciliation.

Attend meetings and training sessions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
Education: B.Com / Accounting / Finance or equivalent.

Experience: 3-5 years in manufacturing/chemical industry.

Software: Tally ERP, MS Excel.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of GST, TDS, TCS, and compliance.

Skills: Accuracy in entries, problem-solving, and financial reporting.
