Netqueue Technologies Private Limited provides 360-degree services, including web design, development and digital marketing, with a dedicated team of developers & marketers. We incorporate result-driven strategies coupled with many years of expertise for complete client satisfaction and project success.

An ability to think creatively and strategically about how digital solutions can address our clients' challenges and improve their businesses is key.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create strategic ideas about using technology in unique ways to add value to our clients' digital presence.
- User research, concept design, prototyping, detail design, usability tests and implementation.
- Create designs that are functional and highly usable while exuding elegance and aesthetic appeal.
- Research and implement user experience/design best practices and trends
- Consulting with clients to understand their needs.
- Working with developers and designers to create a design strategy.
- Prepare daily social media posts, banners, brochures, website mockup, web banners, and logo designs.
- Collaborate with the project team as well as the client to identify, understand and articulate the client’s business needs and project’s goals

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of Experience in UI/UX Designing.

**Other Benefits**:

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday(Saturday-Sunday fixed off)
- Shift Timings
- 10:30AM to 7:30PM
- Week off - Every Saturday and Sunday

**Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month (Depending on experience and abilities)**
