Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the work of têxtile workers to ensure production schedules are met
Maintain quality standards and ensure that all products meet customer specifications
Train and motivate employees to improve performance and meet production goals
Ensure a safe working environment and comply with all health and safety regulations
Implement new production processes and technologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports on production performance
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production goals are aligned with customer demands
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in têxtile production, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of têxtile production processes and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and train employees to meet production goals
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with production software and tools
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed
