The Product Assurance Engineering Team is part of the Seagate Quality function and is accountable and responsible for the verification and validation of products in Seagate’s HDD, SSD and Systems portfolios. **About the role - you will**:

- Complete internship project as per plan
- Understanding of MS certification process
- Prepare test cases for MS certification
- Hardware troubleshooting knowledge
- Understanding the details of the storage systems
- Generate reports
- Collaborate with the teams to ensure full integration of all parts of the system
- Assist with maintaining engineering laboratory and equipment

**About you**:

- Knowledge of OS installation
- Knowledge of SAS, SATA drives
- Good Knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals
- Basic knowledge of networking
- Self-motivated
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies

**Your experience includes**:

- Computer hardware, OS and software installation, basic level of programming
- Knowledge of RAID
- Knowledge on firmware download for SAS, SATA drives
