Godown Incharge

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Godown Incharge. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the operations of our warehouse facility efficiently and effectively. Experience in warehouse management and proficiency in computer skills are essential for success in this position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage all activities within the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory management through regular stock checks and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods.
- Implement and maintain proper storage and handling procedures to optimize space utilization and prevent damage to goods.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
- Utilize computer systems and software for inventory tracking, data analysis, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance warehouse efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse facility.
- Address any issues or concerns related to warehouse operations in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in warehouse management is a plus.
- Prior experience in warehouse management or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to warehouse operations.

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
