Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.)**:

- You must be good with using AI because we don’t want you to spend all your precious time writing that basic content
- Manage social media accounts, schedule engaging content, and respond to inquiries
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Assist with event planning and execution, including trade shows, webinars, and online events
- Manage marketing databases and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, sales, development) to ensure seamless marketing execution
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Perform other duties as assigned
- **Develop and write white papers, case studies, and other technical marketing documents that showcase SubcoDevs Inc.’s expertise and solutions**:

- Collaborate with technical teams to gather accurate and up-to-date technical information for content creation
- Ensure technical content is clear, concise, and engaging for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Follow established style guides and branding guidelines to maintain consistency and quality across all marketing materials
- Proofread and edit technical content to ensure accuracy and effectiveness

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role**:

- Some proven experience in technical writing, preferably with a focus on white paper development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus
- Passion for technology and understanding of the software development industry is a plus
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into layman’s terms
- Excellent research skills and ability to gather and analyze technical information
- Experience working with content management systems and editing tools
