As an Admission Counselor at Shiksha Ratna Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing them with accurate information about our programs, and ensuring a smooth transition into our educational community. Your key responsibilities include:
**Student Engagement**:Interact with prospective students and their parents to understand their educational goals and aspirations.
Provide detailed information about Shiksha Ratna's programs, courses, and admission procedures.

Guide students through any entrance exams or assessments required for admission.

**Counseling and Guidance**:Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to address individual student needs and concerns.
Offer guidance on suitable courses and programs based on students' academic background, interests, and career goals.

**Information Dissemination**:Disseminate accurate information about course structures, fees, scholarship opportunities, and any other relevant details to prospective students.

**Follow-Up**:Follow up with prospective students who have expressed interest in Shiksha Ratna's programs.
Address inquiries and concerns promptly, providing exceptional customer service throughout the admission process.

**Collaboration**:Collaborate with academic departments, marketing, and other teams to stay informed about program updates and changes.
Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging and promotions with admission goals.

**Documentation and Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospective and enrolled students.
Prepare reports on admission trends, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in student counseling and admissions, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and the ability to understand and address the diverse needs of students and parents.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of educational programs, entrance exams, and the academic landscape.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
