**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervision and leadership
- Leading and managing a team of workers, including shifts, assigning tasks, and providing training and development.
- Quality control - Ensuring products meet quality standards and specifications, and addressing any issues that arise.
- Resource management
- Allocating and managing resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, to optimize production efficiency.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Ensuring that all production processes comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Communication
- Coordinating with other departments, such as R&D, Quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure smooth operations.
- Process management
- Overseeing the entire production process, from raw material handling to final product packaging.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a production supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment (3 years preferred).
- Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control processes in the specific product sector.
- Knowledge of production management software (e.g.., ERP system) and Microsoft office suite ,excel.(Knowledge of excel is Must)
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
