**Job Summary**
This position will contribute to the success of increasing the foot fall, better call handling on the helpline and increase follow up / feedback and cross-selling opportunities. The role of the helpline specialist is to provide the right information to the caller by using product specific knowledge, good judgement, critical thinking skills and salesmanship. The helpline specialist is expected to maintain world class service to our prospects / patients at all times
Additionally he/she will model and act in accordance with the below guiding principles
- Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture, values and mission of the Cadabam’sGroup
- Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events
- Executes all best practices for call center operations during scheduled shifts
- Maintains regular and punctual attendance consistently

**Responsibilities and Duties**

**Responsibilities**:

- Proficient with programs, offerings, services and possess the ability to provide the right solution
- Successfully convert incoming leads into foot falls / admission / visit / consultation
- Utilize the CRM to track pending leads to ensure prompt follow up
- Utilize sales training to convert patients with little or no resources into short-term care at the hospital with follow on care programs
- Communicate with the admission in-charge at the various facilities to ensure there are no communication gaps
- Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and respect for clients in al interactions
- Ensure timely processing of intake information and documentation by using the CRM
- Display passion of optimism of fulfilling Cadabam’smission of helping people who are struggling with addiction and mental and behavioral health issues
- Highly organized and should be able to prioritize
- Strong computer, phone and office management skills
- Goal / target oriented

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of bachelors degree in psychology, social services, behavioral health, mental health
- Display passion and optimism towards our mission to help people with mental health and addiction issues
- Ability to identify and resolve problems to clients’ satisfaction while meeting performance objectives
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to speak in English, Hindi and Kannada

Preferred and desirable qualifications
- Experience working in substance abuse treatment centre in a sales role
- Must have knowledge of behavioural health disorders and services
