**Exp: 4 - 5 Years**

4+ years of experience as a professional software engineer

Experience on eCommerce or marketplace products with third-party tools

Motivated by taking an unknown problem, sinking your teeth in, and coming up with a plan of attack

You are excited to build the company from scratch

You can understand and communicate trade-offs between various solutions at technical and business level

You can build scalable systems that are well documented and tested as we finalize a design

Work closely with an operations and grading team to build internal tools and dashboards that power our fulfilment, grading, machine learning, blockchain functionality
