Job description

We are looking for a experienced and self-driven Tele Sales Representative with excellent communication along with convincing abilities.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Answering calls and resolving queries about product or company

Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.

Sourcing new customers/clients (Domestic & International)

Handling the product enquires received from buyers or new customers

Reporting about the enquires or issues related to buyer to the next level on daily basis.

Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and specifications.

Constant communication with the buyers

Responding to inquiries concerning things or the organization

Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.

Calling active or old customers to encourage the purchase of items

Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time

Noting important details of each conversation
**Skills & Requirements**:
Excellent Verbal communication in English ,Hindi and Telugu

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience as a tele caller or similar.

Good convincing skills

Good negotiation skills

Data entry skills

Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks

Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred.

Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.

Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.
Ability to switch communication styles
