**Job Description - Solidification Supervisor - Urgent**

We are hiring a remarkable Solidification Supervisor to join our passionate team at **Bansal TMT Sariya at Bhopal Location.**

**Purpose and Scope**

Lead, direct, and supervise the hourly employees in the Casting and Ingot Making areas including maintenance of the Faircrest Steel Plant. **Coordinate the activities with Faircrest Melt/Refine supervisors, Reliability, Rolling Mill Supervisors, and Turn Metallurgist to ensure safety, quality, minimize cost, and optimize use of personnel and equipment**. Required to work overtime, rotating shifts/ schedules, or weekends as per business needs.

**Responsibilities**
- Safety and Environment - Enforce prescribed safety procedures, practices, apparel, and devices to guard against hazards and accidents.
- Productivity - Directly responsible for production of current year production goal.
- Quality - Enforce procedures and operating practices to ensure compliance to metallurgical quality standards. Ensure cast bloom and ingot quality.
- Maintenance - Increase the efficiency of the maintenance crews by providing direct supervision and support in the areas of job priorities, assignments, staffing, area cross training, delay reduction, breakdown support, schedule adherence, etc.
- Costs - Thorough investigation of any equipment damage in casting and ingot making and investigation of off-quality blooms and ingots. Ensure goods, supplies and services are utilized to limit and/or reduce waste.
- Continuous Improvement - Participate in the implementation of methods and equipment for Continuous Improvement. Participate in meetings, the generation of ideas, methods, and equipment for Continuous Improvement.
- Employee Training and Development - Help determine department/crew training needs. Schedule and/or deliver training. Assist in the development of training modules.

**Salary**: ₹18,086.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

- Bhopal - 462016, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
