**Job Summary**

As a Technology Specialist you will leverage your expertise in Selenium Core Java and RestAssured to drive innovative solutions in a hybrid work environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IT consulting and analytics projects. Your role will involve optimizing testing processes and ensuring high-quality software delivery contributing to the companys success and societal impact.

**Responsibilities**

- Develop and implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium to ensure robust software quality.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate Core Java solutions into existing systems for enhanced performance.
- Utilize RestAssured to design and execute API testing strategies that align with project goals.
- Analyze and interpret test results to identify and resolve issues ensuring seamless software functionality.
- Provide technical guidance to team members on best practices in automation testing.
- Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of existing test scripts to adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest trends in IT consulting and analytics.
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions that improve project outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Implement process improvements that enhance testing efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
- Document testing processes and results to maintain transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Support the transition of projects from development to production environments with mínimal disruption.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all testing activities.

**Qualifications**

- Possess strong expertise in Selenium Core Java and RestAssured essential for this role.
- Demonstrate experience in IT consulting and analytics which is advantageous for project success.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
- Show proficiency in designing and executing automated testing strategies for complex software systems.
- Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Display strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
