We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to help drive our business growth by acquiring new clients and fostering relationships.
**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Prospect Identification & Lead Generation**:
- Research and identify potential clients, agencies, and businesses that could benefit from Adzylytics.
- **Outreach & Client Engagement**:
- Craft compelling, personalized outreach messages that highlight the platform’s benefits.
- Conduct product demos and presentations via virtual meetings or in person.
- **Meeting & Relationship Building**:
- Schedule, plan, and attend meetings with clients to understand their needs and present tailored advertising solutions.
- Travel across cities to meet clients in person, nurture relationships, and close deals.
- Follow up with leads and clients regularly to maintain engagement and identify upsell opportunities.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for new business acquisition.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and ensure a seamless transition to the account management team.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional strategies.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activity, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in digital advertising and programmatic technology.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or technology.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to create persuasive outreach messages and presentations.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as required.
- Ability to independently manage leads and sales processes from outreach to closing.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising, digital marketing platforms, or related tools is a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
