Oet Trainer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive OET training programs that encompass listening, reading, writing, and speaking skills tailored to healthcare contexts.
- Design engaging lesson plans, learning materials, and resources aligned with the OET examination format and criteria.
- Assess students' language proficiency levels and customize training plans to address their specific strengths and areas for improvement.
- Provide constructive feedback on students' practice tests, written assignments, and speaking performances to enhance their skills.
- Conduct simulated OET tests to replicate real examination conditions and prepare students for the test-taking experience.
- Motivate and inspire students to achieve their target OET scores through interactive teaching methods and healthcare-specific scenarios.
- Stay current with the latest OET trends, examination updates, and teaching methodologies to ensure training quality.
- Maintain accurate records of students' progress and provide regular progress reports to both management and students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Certified OET Trainer or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated experience as an OET Trainer, showcasing successful student outcomes.
- Profound understanding of the OET examination format, scoring criteria, and healthcare-related language skills.
- Exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Genuine enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to helping students achieve their healthcare goals.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to connect with learners from diverse healthcare backgrounds.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Idukki, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
