We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic **freelance trainer** to deliver training sessions on **IBM Cognos Analytics** for a **college student batch in Malur**. The trainer should be capable of delivering **hands-on, practical-oriented training** with real-world use cases and industry insights.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and structured training sessions on IBM Cognos Analytics
- Deliver course content to undergraduate/graduate students in an easy-to-understand manner
- Provide hands-on practice, assignments, and project guidance
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback
- Ensure the completion of course objectives within the scheduled time
- Coordinate with the college or training provider for session planning and logistics

**Requirements**:

- Proven expertise in **IBM Cognos Analytics** (Reporting, Dashboards, Data Modules, etc.)
- Prior experience as a trainer (corporate or academic) is preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex topics for students
- Availability to conduct sessions **on-site in Malur**:
